Works well without any problems

Review by Jaewoo Kim, 2010-09-06

This surge protector is superior to the standard linear surge protector because it can handle the bulky AC adapters.

For a long time, the main problem with the standard linear surge protector has been its inability to accommodate the bulky plastic AC adapters without taking up 2-3 spots. This surge protector will accommodate AC adapters of all sizes.

I live in Los Angeles where there are very few lightning strikes so surge protection wasn't a high priority. I bought this surge protector, however, to replace the two standard linear surge protectors and it did that fantastically well.

I have two computers, monitor, printer, DSL modem, Wireless Router, PS3, USB hub, and desk lamp all plugged into this surge protector and it accommodated them all and had 4 extra outlets left.

Now, the clutter below my desk is MUCH more organized.

Outstanding design, I love it!

I will be purchasing several more after seeing this thing in the flesh. It is awesome and organized.

Great protection & design

Review by Kirk Brining, 2010-08-30

For a cheap surge protector this product is one of the best with all its features & ports for power protection including 'clean' power. Ideal for anything that needs protected/insured, too bad the wall adapter is not gold plated but what difference would it make?

Easy to Use with Plenty of Space

Review by Steve Danauskas, 2010-08-29

I was very happy with my purchase of this item, it has plenty of room for many cords, and the coaxial inputs were nice to have also. It was a bit hard to screw one of the coax cables in, but that could be due to my cables. Overall I am very happy with this purchase

Compact and well designed

Review by J. Lester, 2010-08-26

With an ever-increasing number of devices with power adapters, finding a power strip to handle them all was a problem. This power strip handles all the needs for my SOHO setup. Now, on the occassions I need to use a scanner, external drive dock or a backup system, I have the available outlets.

The surge protection is a bonus.

When I received the unit, the plastic cord-retainer was broken. I find now that it is of little value, but I ordered a replacement from Belkin and found they had to send me a new unit. By the time I paid one-way postage to return the old one, the deal was not so great. Lesson: if your clip breaks, live with it! I do use it, but it adds little value.
